
2 ½ c cake flour 2 T matcha powder 3/4 c softened butter 1 ¼ c powdered sugar 2 egg yolks 1 t vanilla Pinch of salt Whisk together flour and matcha powder in a medium bowl. Set aside. In another bowl, whisk better and powdered sugar. Add in eggs, vanilla, and salt. Whisk well to combine. Mix in the flour mixture in three parts Wrap in cling film and chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes Remove from refrigerator, roll into log shape, place back in refrigerator. Take out of refrigerator, slice into 1 cm thick disks Preheat oven to 325 degree F Place on cookie sheet and place in freezer for 10 minutes Remove from freezer. Bake for 12-14 minutes.
