Crazy Rich Asians has been a big hit this summer, and with most of it set here in Singapore, it’s hugely raised the Islands profile. Here are ten Singapore landmarks that play a starring role in the film CHANGI Changi airport is the first sg landmark Nick and Rachel encounter after arriving from New York. The only problem is that you need to be crazy rich to do so BUKIT PASOH BP in Chinatown is where where Rachel has a heart-to-heart with her college roommate Peik Lin, but it's also just a really a great place to visit The actual location is number 20, the site of the Humpback Restaurant, immediately opposite the Reading Room ANN SIANG ROAD In the film, Rachel asks the disapproving Eleanor to meet her at a ma-jong parlour for a crucial showdown between the two characters. The exterior shots for this scene were shot here in Ann Siang road, just adjacent to Club Street. GARDENS BY THE BAY Gardens by the Bay is Singapore's latest multi award winning attraction. Over 40 million people visiting since it opened in 2011. These amazing ‘living’ Super trees bring scale and drama to the Gardens and are a must see if you visit Singapore. However, being outside its unlikely you’ll manage to stay as cool and composed as the guests are in the film MBS Lastly, the culmination of the film with Nick and Rachael taking centre stage takes place at the iconic Marina Bay Sands. MBS as it’s known as in Singapore, is a huge integrated resort that includes a luxury hotel and the world's highest and largest infinity pool. Oh, and you can do plenty of luxury shopping here too, if you want a taste of the crazy rich lifestyle the people in the story have.

He came up with the analogy “The Third Door”. You know when you go to a nightclub, there’s the main door where everyone has to wait in line. Then there’s a second door for VIPs. And then there are the hustlers who don’t want to wait. They will go around the back and find their own way in. They’ll knock on a door a hundred times or pry open a window and walk in through the kitchen. That’s how every success story in the book became successful. --Conclusion-- The book chronicles Alex’s struggles: even though he did succeed in meeting an impressive array of famous people, it never looked easy. His mission was full of hard work, NO’s, constant rejection, and many mistakes. By the end, he realized that success and failure aren’t really opposites but simply the result of trying – and that’s what matters the most: trying.
