
Ingredients: 6 oz sweetened condensed milk 1 c heavy cream 1/2 c fruity pebble cereal 120 g powdered sugar 60 g almond meal 2 egg white 35 g sugar 2 oz melted white chocolate More fruity pebbles for decoration Take 1/2 cup fruity pebbles and combine with heavy cream. Let the mixture sit in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Then strain out the cereal. Whip heavy cream with a stand/hand mixer until soft peaks form. Pour in sweetened condensed milk and continue to whip for 2 more minutes. Pour the ice cream mixture in a prepared pan lined with cling film Freeze for at least 3 hours Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Sift the powdered sugar and almond meal together in a large bowl In a clean mixer beat the egg whites until foamy. Add in the sugar and mix until stiff peaks form. Dump the dry mixture into the egg whites and mix until all the dry ingredients are incorporated. Fold the mixture until the batter can run off the spatula in ribbons. Place the mixture in a piping bag and pipe 3 in round circles. Place the tray straight into the preheated oven. Bake for 15 minutes rotating halfway through. Allows the macarons to cool. Take out the ice cream for 10 minutes and then cut circles out with a cookie cutter. Sandwich a macaron, ice cream disk, and top macaron. Roll the ice cream sandwich in more fruity pebbles. Serve immediately or wrap in cling film and store in the freezer.
